A A driveway with carriages, bridal cars or rickshaws through the main entrance of the castle is strictly prohibited. Infringements can be punished with a fine of up to € 2,500.00. It is a driveway past the museum “Man and Nature” along the canal directly to the castle café in the Palm House by prior arrangement with license plate allocation possible.

A Access for people with disabilities in wheelchairs is possible via a ramp in our kitchen. We do not have a disabled toilet. The ladies’ room is accessible at ground level. During the day there are toilets for the disabled directly at the main castle. For evening events, a handicapped-Dixi toilet can be borrowed and set up (costs about 1,000.00 euros including arrival / departure / installation). The Iron House has its own disabled toilet.

A  Please tell us about possible allergies or food intolerances (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.) of your guests. Please also mark these persons for the service sequence in your seating plan.

A Certainly some external people contribute to the success of your event (e.g. DJ, band, photographer, singer, etc.). Please tell us what these persons may consume on the total bill at your event and you agree with us on time, as well as assembly and dismantling. As a rule, it is possible to set up in the hall area by appointment, at the earliest after 6 pm in the café area. Exceptions are of course possible.

A Is in the back area on the ground floor, quiet and screened and yet very close to the function room (space for a child in a travel cot). Please bring your own: baby – phone, cot, mattress. The use of this room should be discussed in advance with us.

AWe can build a bar in your desired area, both outside and inside, an extra bar (surcharge 50,00 € plus VAT)

Bread and butter are charged together with delicious spreads separately with 1.90 euros per person plus VAT. Please ask for our selection list.

AA cake can also be brought on request. Our plate money per person is 2.20 Euro plus VAT. Both the transport containers and the supplied stands for wedding cakes should be marked with the name of the organizer to guarantee a guaranteed return. The return of cake stands of brought wedding cakes is organized by the organizer. We ask for your understanding that we can not take any product liability for self-brought cakes.

A The corkage for self-brought Prosecco & wine is 20.80 euros per bottle, champagne on request, spirits on request (each plus VAT). Delivery please at least 1 day before the event. Please plan the removal of the remaining stock after the end of the event.

A This is how festive chair covers are called. We have white and golden colored (cleaning 3,50 Euro / piece) and white, in patterned baroque hats with bow (cleaning 6,50 Euro / piece), in each case plus VAT.

For children the nearby museum “Mensch & Natur”, www.musmn.de, is highly recommended. Furthermore, the botanical garden is within walking distance from the Palm House in 5 minutes.

A Your event should end no later than 3:00 am (extension beyond this is unfortunately not possible due to the Working Hours Act), because we open the next day again in the morning. From 00.00 o’clock we charge an extension fee per hour of 230,00 Euro plus VAT.

A For the delivery and the construction of equipment at events that are not held directly in the castle café in the Palm House, the costs are calculated extra and calculated according to actual effort. We are happy to calculate this in your individual offer.

Adogs are allowed in the park and in the palm house. Please note the linen requirement in the castle park.

A Our furniture is flexible and will be arranged according to your ideas. A dance floor is wonderfully integrated.

A We will gladly send you our directions to forward to your guests as a PDF file. Parking is only available in the northern and southern Schlossrondell. Up to a maximum of 3 vehicles is a direct access (speed: 10 km / h) to behind the palm house possible. For this purpose, we issue you a vehicle-related special access authorization, which is printed in the vehicle. In addition, we issue a special access and delivery license for the service providers of your event. Please inform us about the corresponding license plates. Please note that no poster or other marking is permitted in the entire grounds of the Schlosspark, including the lock rondelle. AThe extension fee of 241,50 Euro (plus VAT) includes only the personnel costs. Food and drinks consumed during this period will be charged separately.

A White and gold available (included in VA package), form is discussed and should be based on the table flower design.

A Please let us know if there are any gifts, where, how and when they should be presented.

A Flower arrangements can be organized by us or by the host depending on the presentation. (Our “house florist”: Flowers Eagle, Mr. Moritz Kneucker, Nymphenburger Straße 187, 80634 Munich, Phone 089/16 12 51.) The use of our flower pots is included in the event package when commissioned by Blumen Adler. The flowers are directly (plus delivery about 10.00 Euro) charged to you. If you order another flower supplier, we ask you to agree with us supplier, delivery time and return of the loan containers, as well as attach a list of vessels to the delivery. Unfortunately, we can not assume any liability for foreign vessels. For direct access, the supplier requires a special access permit with license plate number.

A A floor-length table linen is of course possible, but not included in the event fee. Surcharge depending on table size for cleaning. The calculation is made according to your choice of table (about 15,75 Euro – 21,00 Euro per table).

A A free wedding ceremonies are possible in good weather on our terrace. As an alternative in bad weather, the Johannissaal or the Eiserne Haus must be booked in parallel (bookable via the Bavarian Castles and Lake Administration, please inquire about the special conditions for free weddings).

A The Schlosscafé in the Palm House is completely flexible in its equipment. Please discuss your equipment conceptions with us. We are happy to borrow your preferred furniture or on request.

A GEMA fees are not charged extra at events. We offer custom fees for football matches (WM, EM). Possible number of guests up to 180 people sitting, up to 400 people standing and sitting with “flying buffet” or buffet. We use the adjacent Sckell exhibition. Up to 138 people exclusively in the rear hall area in front of the glass door (number of guests results according to the mobile equipment).

A Especially for smaller children under the age of 12 we recommend to arrange extra food for them. For example, Turkey schnitzel breaded with chips. Of course, you are also welcome to tell us your individual ideas. A When an evening event takes place in the Palmenhaus Castle Café, the northern side of the main gate of the castle is open until the last guest leaves the park. Since the way back is not lit at night, offers a common lantern excerpt. We are happy to advise you. Please move as quietly as possible in the castle grounds at night.

A We like to create menu cards matching the rest of the table design. On request, we will be pleased to work on your desired text, an image or logo (logo templates please as a jpg document). Format printable up to a maximum of DIN-A3.

A If you decide on a menu that is served, please take into account that due to our kitchen design situation, we can only offer a single menu. Of course we prepare suitable alternatives for the vegetarians. Please record the vegetarians for the service sequence in your table plan.

A The minimum turnover for an exclusive evening event in the Schlosscafé in the Palmenhaus from 18.00 o’clock is Sunday – Thursday at 3.500,00 Euro, Friday and Saturday at 5,250.00 Euro plus the statutory VAT. If you can not reach this due to the size of your company, the remaining amount can be booked as room rental. We only welcome one event per evening.

A A music can be booked in any form according to the legal volume regulations (we reserve the right to intervene here). We are happy to advise you regarding the artists (see also our entertainment list in this information folder). Music in the outdoor area: until 22.00 clock. Please inform the musicians you have booked during the technical setup also on appropriate security standards (cable bridges, security tape for laying the cables, extension cables, etc.) and arrange – if the artist has never occurred in our house – a common voting date here in House.

A A music system for speeches and background music is integrated in our hall “zur schönen Münchnerin” and can be used at no extra charge (a radio microphone, a lapel microphone available, music sources: CD, laptop, MP3 player possible). A heated mushrooms are considered as open fire and are not allowed in the Nymphenburg castle park.

A (resolution: 1024 × 768) and canvas (2.90 m wide x 2 m high) are available; Rental fee total 100,00 Euro., Connection: Laptop with D-sub 15pin in – connection (monitor connection). The screen and projector are located at the top of the glass wall at the entrance of the hall and can only be used together due to the height installation. Due to the light and space conditions, a projection is only possible from the onset of darkness with additional shading by our blinds. For presentations during the day, depending on weather conditions, an additional black blackout curtain must be attached, fee including assembly and dismantling 100,00 Euro. Of course, you can also bring your own projector and your screen or borrow your fitting technical equipment from our partner company LiveCo. We are happy to advise you on the choice of options on projection surfaces according to your table layout.

A Photos may be taken in the entire outdoor area of ​​the Schlosspark Nymphenburg – exclusively for private purposes. No pictures are allowed right in the castle. For group photos, the stairway to the castle can be used – as long as no other visitors to the castle are disturbed. If you would like to take a group photo, please take this into account when planning your time.

A Parking is possible free of charge at the front of the car park (see walker) in front of the northern and southern canal bridge, north and south roundabout. Parking can not be reserved. Parking in green areas is generally prohibited, unlawfully parked vehicles are removed for a fee. At events, 2 special parking spaces with license plates can be provided directly behind the Palm House. For this purpose, we issue a special permit, which is then printed in the vehicle.

A For all components of your event, only a limited stay of up to max. 6 hours and from a minimum of 80 guests possible. The amount of the package depends on conception, choice of food and drinks and length of stay. Upon request, we will gladly prepare an individual offer according to your budget per person. There are also partial packages possible.

A For daily events until 6 pm to 35 people we try to realize your placement wishes, but can not make firm commitments until the day of the event. Thank you for your comprehension.

The menu price consists of your selection plus a drinks flat rate of €20.00 per person (= aperitif & wine tasting).
A maximum of two dishes per course can be prepared and enjoyed; it is up to you how many favorite people you would like to come with.

A A rest day is always served on Mondays in the served food café. Our self-service area “Milchhäusl” is open on Mondays in fair weather. Closed events are also possible on Mondays by prior arrangement.

A There is no room rental for the Schlosscafé in the Palm House. For the cleaning, equipment of the hall and the café according to your individual specification and the energy costs we charge in the evening a lump sum of currently 8.90 Euro per person (with the terrace 11,00 Euro), during the day 5.80 Euro per person (plus VAT). For a wedding with a free wedding or ceremony we charge 13.10 Euro per person. Certain features are available at an additional cost. We are happy to advise you personally. The exact plan you create as an organizer. We can print the seating plan up to a maximum size of A3. We ask you for a smooth service process, the children’s chairs, possibly vegetarians, allergic persons, etc. to mark accordingly.

A Tellergeld / Service fee applies for home-made food and cake of all kinds. The height depends on the type by circumference; For cake, the dish-fee per person is 2.20 Euro plus VAT. Please bring homemade cakes exclusively in paper cartons labeled with the organizer’s name and the date. Sufficient cooling facilities are available. For self-brought wedding cakes, we have 2 different 3-storey Etageren (in VA package included).

A Smoking is not permitted indoors in the Palm House or in the Iron House. Smoking is allowed on the terrace under the umbrellas.

A In case of high heat you can book two floor fans à 60.00 Euro. These can also be set up spontaneously.

A Place Cards will be created by the organizer (seating per seat) and brought to the event no later than 1 day before the event. We arrange these according to your table order and presorting per table at the tables. The official taxi rank is located at the bridge over the canal after the northern driveway (when leaving the castle park on the left, Northern Castle Rondell, see map – we will send you this as a single document). Only in exceptional cases (walking disability, etc.) is a direct taxi ride behind the Palm House possible.
